Aren't they the cutest?

Sisters, sisters, sisters

They are the three amigos. They call this muscles, I call it mashed potatoes and gravy!

Michelle, this is one of the fire man onesies I told you about. Get workin on that little boy!

We did something fun!

When you're renting there's only so much you can do. However in a couple of days we created a total bathroom transformation. I only wish we took "before" pictures. Gone are the three different colors of sponge paint and mismatched bathroom rugs. Wow! I feel like it's a brand new house : ) Come visit us and if you're really nice I might let you use it (to wash your hands, but bring your own hand towel)

Fall 2008 Kid Update!

Big Ben is now in High School. He can tell how many days he has until he gets his learners permit (watch out), he gets to go to seminary and he loves the bigger school and bigger selection of electives and probably girls, but he won't admit that to his mother : ) Benjamin is playing trombone again this year and can't wait for the band trip to Washington State, he's hoping to make the cut for the High School soccer team and he seems a little more serious than last year about his homework (fingers crossed it's only been a week in a half). Benjamin is fun to be with when he's not acting like a typical teenager. He has his moments with the kids and loves doting on Josh (he's been so sweet with him since day one) There's nothing better than a new baby to soften the effects of a teenager in the house. It's hard to believe this kid will be heading off on a mission in 4 short years. I think we're getting old?

Elizabeth has also hit some milestones this summer. She turned 12 on July 18th and is loving this new step into womanhood. Namely being almost done with primary and old enough to officially babysit. She spent her summer, reading, doing crafts, playing with friends, learning and trying out new ways to fix her hair, choosing out different outfit combinations for her school clothes and looking forward to the big 7th grade. She is in drama (shocker) and loving it. Elizabeth is also a huge help to me. Always being that extra pair of hand when Jeremy is away!

Andrew is a fun kid, he wakes up with a smile on his face and keeps it there till he gets in bed at night. Andrew turned 10 this year and is in the 5th grade (Wow! Last year of elementary school) He is still an avid reader, crazy pokemon collector and a fan of anything penguins. He's playing soccer again this year with dad as his coach, can't wait for the ball to get rolling with scouts and spends as much time as possible outside playing or downstairs "creating" He completed a 1,000 piece puzzle single handedly in about a week (see the picture below)

Daniel Son is 9 and starting the fourth grade. I feel like I just finished this grade (oh, yea, I did last year with Andrew). Same math book, book reports, worksheets, you name it. Well, at least I'm ready. Daniel is still enjoying a lot of the same things as last year. Soccer, tried baseball (not so crazy about that), legos, k'nex, pokemon, anything on the computer, etc. He likes playing games with neighbor kids, riding his bike and being a regular tease!

Camryn is turning into a beautiful young lady! She will be 9 years old in one month. She has grown a lot this summer. Starting third grade is so much fun for her. She can't wait to write in cursive (she's already been practicing for almost a year already). Remember how talented she is with dance? Well let's just say she is not limited to that. She's a real amazing soccer player out on the field too! This is her second season playing and we look forward to all the games. Cam loves to read and write, make things, be social, run around, jump on the trampoline, help out all around the house, sing, dance and be a super delightful person to live with!

Emma Jemma is an official first grader. She wished for nothing more than to at least loose one tooth before school started and her wish came true the day before school. Emma is one of our drama queens and quite accident prone to boot. Good thing Jeremy works in the ER. Most recently she was out riding her bike around the block barefoot and cut her pinky toe, luckily she got her stitches out (thanks Jeremy) the day before school also and was still able to go to Cherry Hills with us for "the night before school starts fun"! Emma enjoys reading, crafts, playing with friends, riding her bike, making Joshua laugh and giggling.

Mr. Micah man has a little mischievous streak to him, if you can't tell by his picture. He has kept busy this summer learning to ride his bike without training wheels (it took almost a full 30 minutes to master), cruising around on everyone else's scooter (he finally got his own for his birthday), turning 4, collecting sticks, rocks, potato bugs and everything else "yucky" and wearing himself out thoroughly. He's usually the first one asleep every night. Once his head hits the pillow he's out within minutes. He starts preschool tomorrow and can't wait (me too)!

Little Joshua is now almost 6 months old. He continues to be a great joy in our life. He occupies his time with napping, eating (which you can see he's quite good at), watching all the activity in the house and jumping in the jumper. We try to read to him, but he mostly just eats the books. For some reason his nickname has become Fred?
